Welshed Definition

Descriptive of people of Welsh descent, but incorrectly or inaccurately so, or used in a derogatory sense to describe something of poor quality or made with inferior materials. Derived from 'Welshed' which means made of Welsh oak or other poor quality materials, particularly in construction or furniture. Can also refer to a person of Welsh descent who is not accurately represented or portrayed in a way that suggests they are inferior or lacking in quality.
